Let's Talk Aftercare 👀

You’ve got the look — now here’s how to make it last. Scroll below for lash, brow + makeup best practices to keep your results fresh and long lasting between appointments

LASHES

Keep lashes plump + hydrated by applying a thin coat of conditioner AM + PM daily to dry, cleansed lashes. Always brush lashes after getting wet with the clean lash brush given.

Do not use a lash curler for 8-10 weeks after having a professional Lash Lift done. This can cause serious damage - and it's not like you'll be needing this scary tool any longer!

Using mascara is definitely ok with a Lash Lift! Just stay away from waterproof formulas as they will dehydrate the lashes and can take quite a lot of effort to fully remove without pulling on them. For best results use Impact mascara retailed inside the studio

No need to wait to get your lashes wet but hold off on jumping in a sauna, a hot yoga class or getting a facial for 24 hours. Constant heat exposure could affect longevity of the Lift as well.

Enjoy those freshly lifted lashes for the next couple months! Re book for 6-8 weeks later to ensure the lashes have fully grown out.

BROWS

Keep brows in place, plump + hydrated in one step by applying a thin coat of Brow Butter AM + PM to clean, dry brows before applying makeup. Brush your brows after getting wet with the clean lash brush given. Here's the link to the micro brushes if you like using them!

I know it's tempting when the regrowth starts to appear, but please leave your brows as full as possible for your next pro shaping with me - it makes all the difference!

Avoid using Retinols, AHA's/BHA's on the skin for 3-4 days before and after treatment to avoid sensitivity.

Just wait 3 hrs to get your brows wet and hold off on jumping into a sauna, hot yoga class or getting a facial for a few days. Constant heat exposure could affect longevity of the Lift as well.

Enjoy your freshly lifted brows for the next couple months and re-book every 8 weeks to maintain the look and let the hairs fully grow out!

MAKEUP

Hands off as much as possible. Avoid touching your face — this is the #1 reason makeup breaks down. If you get oily, gently blot with blotting paper before adding any light powder if needed.

Take off your makeup and false lashes by soaking a cotton pad with micellar water and hold over the eyes for 30 seconds at a time until they slip off. If you need to tug at them, keep soaking so you don't rip any lashes out. Here's the link to my favourite micellar water!

Don't forget to hydrate your skin. Follow with your usual skincare to keep your skin balanced and healthy.

We hope you loved your makeup application and don't forget to book for your next event or celebration with us soon!
